Mr. Harendra Singh (CFO)
Mr. Harendra Singh is Chief Financial Officer of Asarfi Hospital, a leading, integrated healthcare delivery provider in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. When Mr. Harendra became CEO in 2007, he had a vision to create a chain of hospitals which was a new overarching growth strategy inspired by the Company’s Purpose—Health for All. He believes that good leaders must be passionate about learning, and he is focused to develop world-class organizations.
Mr. Harendra graduated from AN College, Patna with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics. He subsequently completed his MBA from LBSIM, New Delhi in 1999.
Dr. Sukanti Kumar Das
Dr. Sukanti Kumar Das is the Director Medical at Asarfi Hospital Limited, a leading, integrated healthcare delivery provider in Dhanbad. He is a renowned Consultant Gynaecologist and brings with him over 35 years’ experience in Ontological and laparoscopic surgery. He has abundant expertise in healthcare with strong leadership skills and passion for innovation. He was the Deputy CMO in Central Hospital, Dhanbad and the Chairman of FOGSI at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
Dr. Das graduated from R.G. Kar Medical College in Calcutta and He subsequently completed DGO, MD from PGI Chandigarh.
Mrs. Madhuri Singh
Mrs. Madhuri Singh directs the Quality, Housekeeping and Diet n Nutrition for the hospital. She has excellent cleanliness skills and is experienced in the field for over 10 years. Innovation, quality, and exclusivity are her guiding principles, which have steered Asarfi to become a leader in the market by implementing several pioneering initiatives.
She is a strong believer of teamwork; she works in collaboration with others towards mutual success of the team's objectives. She has a management style based on strong interpersonal and human relations skills and can build a motivated team with a strong customer focus.
Mr. Udai Pratap Singh
Mr. Udai Pratap Singh started his career in 2017. He graduated from PES Institute of Technology and pursued his master’s degree from University of Cincinnati, USA. He has completed several courses which offered him to tap into and strengthen his inherent entrepreneurial instincts and leadership qualities.
Udai strongly believes in ethical practices in healthcare and quality of service. He believes private hospitals can make "profits" without "profiteering." He is a process and system driven person and believes strongly in "quality" and "efficiency" in healthcare. Good medical outcomes, patient safety, infection control, etc., are something close to his heart over and above creating great working environments for doctors and all other staff, through a transparent system of management.
